Contract Vote Update for NHFT

Now that we have a Tentative Agreement, we are working on the logistics for our upcoming NHFT Membership Meeting at Wilbur Cross on Thurs, Oct 27 @ 4pm and our subsequent Contract Ratification Vote. 

• Since general membership meetings are open to NHFT members only, Thursday's meeting will be in-person only. Members are welcome to come late/leave early as their schedules allow. 
• To accommodate those who cannot make it on Thursday, we will share an executive summary of the Tentative Agreement via Outlook email on Wednesday.  
• In addition, we will use an electronic voting system for members to vote on contract ratification which will be open from Fri 10/28 thru Mon 10/31. 
• If anyone has questions, they should share them with me and Pat and we will respond at/after the general membership meeting on Thursday. 

We believe a strong showing of union members at the in-person general membership meeting is an important next step. A high rate of member participation in the online contract vote is very important as well. With both of these goals in mind, please make every effort to attend/promote our general membership meeting and to vote in the subsequent contract vote as well.
